BONITO FISH BAR

Located in the buzzing neighbourhood of Umalas, only minutes away from the famed Seminyak area, Bonito Fish Bar is the island’s first seafood and crustacean delicatessen. The restaurant offers guests fresh fish and seafood that is 80 percent sustainably caught from nearby oceans, including around Bali, Lombok, Flores and Timor, complemented by a selection of imported premium crustaceans. On the menu, imaginative dishes are ready to change the seafood dining scene in Bali, including crudo, pan-seared, roasted, deep fried and more. One of the signature dishes is the Seafood Platter, providing a selection of raw and blanched treats to savour. Bali’s first seafood delicatessen, Bonito also provides beautifully presented, freshly cut fillets and shellfish in a chilled, enclosed counter display for guests to purchase and cook at home.
