Bella Cucina, the renowned Mediterranean restaurant at InterContinental Bali Resort,  translates to beautiful kitchen in Italian, offering an elegant dining pavilion with an open-kitchen design, an exclusive VIP room with a conservatory ambience and an al fresco terrace nestled beside lush gardens. Expanding its culinary horizons, the restaurant now features more Mediterranean dishes alongside its seasonal Italian favourites. Guests can indulge in dishes such as pan-seared foie gras with porcini mushrooms and fig jam, grilled tiger prawns with Catalan roast vegetables and eggplant caviar, and lobster linguine with fresh tomato and basil. Additionally, Bella Cucina invites guests to experience its renowned Sunday Brunch, seasonal wine dinners and special collaborations with guest chefs. Bella Cucina is open for dinner from Wednesday until Monday, on top of the aforementioned brunch on Sunday.
