GOLDEN LOTUS CHINESE RESTAURANT

Golden Lotus Chinese Restaurant, a distinguished venue within the family-friendly Bali Dynasty Resort, is renowned for its authentic Szechuan and Cantonese cuisine. The restaurant’s ambiance is enhanced by Chinese-inspired décor featuring red and gold accents alongside elegant black wood finishes. Golden Lotus offers three private dining rooms that can be combined into a larger space. Guests are invited to savour signature dishes such as the Golden Lotus Peking duck, Szechuan-style pan-fried prawns and Shanghai sesame chicken. Additionally, the restaurant hosts a popular Hong Kong-style all-you-can-eat dim sum brunch every Sunday. At the helm is chef Teng from Malaysia, a multi award-winning chef with experience spanning more than 30 years. Chef Teng is skilled in creating unique dishes that combine traditional Chinese recipes with fresh local Indonesian ingredients.
