Bali Culinary Pastry School

At Bali Culinary Pastry School (BCPS), learning goes beyond recipes and techniques. Students develop their skills through real experiences, including the BCPS Pedagogical Restaurant and Mrs. Baker Café, which are open to the public every Monday to Friday. Here, students prepare and serve guests under the guidance of professional chef instructors, experiencing the rhythm and responsibility of a real restaurant while presenting a different menu each day. BCPS offers a range of learning opportunities. Professional Culinary and Pastry Bakery programmes are available for those pursuing a career in the industry, while Weekend Cooking Classes, the annual Summer Program, Holiday Camp, and other short courses provide a flexible way to explore cooking and baking.
