Using freshly harvested ingredients from Bisma Eight’s own organic farm alongside locally sourced meat and seafood, each dish is an elegant expression of rustic charm and seasonal bounty. Highlights include the Baked Halloumi, delicately paired with baby tomato, artichoke, olives, basil oil, pomegranate, and roasted sunflower seeds, and the Prawn Shashlik, served with smoked baharati yoghurt, mandarin butter, dried herbs, and grilled lemon. The experience is further elevated by an imaginative drinks list, where cocktails are infused with herbs, spices, and botanicals.
