Billed as a Cocktail Lab and Research & Development Room, this experimental space draws from SIKI’s proclivity for blending Japanese and Balinese influences. Instead of a menu, the drinking experience here begins with a conversation where mixologists would gauge patrons’ mood, preferred spirit, and palate. Only then would they concoct a bespoke cocktail using house infusions, showcasing a proclivity for experimental distillations and techniques that promise a journey that feels personal and intimate. With only 16 seats available, the ambience maintains an atmospheric quietude, allowing patrons to quickly pick up on the subtler details that shape the venue’s identity.
