The name TELU comes from the Balinese word for “three,” reflecting the traditional philosophy of Tri Hita Karana. This venue celebrates modern mixology while maintaining a deep connection to Bali’s heritage, environment and people. By fusing traditional products and techniques with creative artistry, TELU showcases an inventive drink menu. Notably, over 80 percent of the ingredients used in the cocktails are either homegrown or sourced within Indonesia. This includes Bali’s beloved arak, a traditional spirit made from the fermented sap of coconut trees. To complement these drinks, guests can also enjoy a delectable selection of epicurean bites that highlight unique Balinese flavours, ensuring a satisfying culinary experience.
