For more than 10 years, Ulekan has celebrated the recipes, spices, and flavours passed down through generations. Inspired by the traditional mortar and pestle from which it takes its name, every dish begins with the foundations of Indonesian cooking: fresh ingredients, house-made spice pastes, and sambals crafted with care. Bringing together flavours from across the archipelago, Ulekan offers an elevated Indonesian dining experience set within traditional Joglos. Located in Berawa and Munduk, with an offshoot in Uluwatu opening soon, Ulekan welcomes guests for everyday dining, celebrations, and private events.
